5)      Diseses of Nasal Septum: haematoma, Abscess, ulceratin, perforation, Deviation and spurs.

6)      Diseses of the Nasal Cavity:

Foregn bodies, Rhinoliths

 Acute Rhinitis:

Nonspecific : Common cold

specific : Diptheria, Lupus, Tuberculosis,

Syphilitic, Leprosy, Rhinosporidiosis

Other diseases: Rhinoscleroma, Miligant Grramulaoma.

Nasal Allergy , Nasal Polypi, Epistaxis.

7)      Sinusits: General Consideration of acute and chronic sinusitis, Diagnosis : & Treatmenht Frontal sinusits, Ethmoiditis, Sphenoiditis.. Acute and chronic maxillary Sinusitis

8)      Complications of Suppurative Sinusitisfrontal Osteomyelitios, Osteomyelistis of Maxilla, Orbital complications, Intrracranial Complicaitons, Secondary effects of sinusitis.

9)      New Growths and Cysts of the Nose and Sinuses: Papilloma, Angioma, Carcinoma and Sarcoma and simple cyusts.

10)   Diseases of the nasopharynx:- congenital Dermoid, Polypus of the nasophrynx, nasopharyngitis- acute and chronic, Adenoids, new growths: Benign-Juvenile Angiofbromas, Malignant-Carcinboma.

B.    PHARYNX

1)                  Surgical Anatomy an applied physiology, (pharynx-)ropharynx, Laryngopharynx, Parapharynegeal space).

2)                  Examinaiton of the pharynx

3)                  Diseases of the pharynx: foreign bodies, Trauma, inflammatins, Acute-Non-specific and specifix. Vecent’s angina. Acute diphtheritic pharyngitis. Monilasis Chronic nonspecific pharyngitis. Specific- Tugberculosis syphilis, leprosy, Rhinoscleroma

4)                  Actite tpmso;;otos – chronic tonsillitis. Indications for Tonsillectomy.

5)                  Abscesses of the pharynx: peritonsillar Abscess, para Pharyngeal abscess, Acute and Chronic Tetropharyngel abscess, Lingual tonsil Abscess. Ludwig’s angina.

6)                  New growths-benign and Malignant.

a.       EAR

SURGICAL ANATOMY AND APPLIED PHYSIOLOGY

1)      Examinaiton of the Ear: clinical examinaiton of the ear. Funcinal Examminations – Tests for hearing tests for vertigo and eustchian Eufachion tube.

2)      Disease of External Ear: Congenital malformations, affectins of the auricles: perichondritis, hematoama auris, Dermatitis,Lupus, Syphills, Affections of the External auditory canal-furncle , Otitis,  Externa, herpes, Myringitis Bullosa, Otomycosis, Leprosy, Ws, Foreign bodies, new growths, Injuries  of Externa, herpes, myringitis bullosa, Otomycosis, Leprosy, wax Foreign bodies, newgrwiths, injuries of External Ear an Tympanic Membrance.

3)      Acute Infammatins of Middle Ear cleft. Eustachian salpingitis-acute and chronic. Acute Catarrhal otitis media, acute suppurative otitis media, Acute mastoiditis.

4)      Chronic suppurative otitis media-sage and unsage;

5)      Other types (no suppurative chronic catarrhal Otitis media , otitis barotrauma, Tuberculours Otistis keida, Syphilitic Otitis media.

6)      Complications of suppurative Otitis media. Extracranial: Mastyoiditis, mastoid abscess, Petrosistis, facial nerve paralysis, Labyrinthitis. Intracranial.

7)      Ortosclerosis: Etiology, Pathology, Clinical features, teratment.

8)      Prevention of Otitis media and prevention of complicatins of Otitis media.

9)      Diseases of Inner Ear: Congenital inner ear disorders, Traumatic disorders of the inner ear, ear, Otogenic labyrinthiitis, Mumps, Herpes, Zoster Oticus, Rubella, Meningitis, deafness.

10)  Noisetrauma, Drug toxicity, presbyacusis, menier’s disese, Auditory nerve Tumour

11)  Newgrwoths: Middle ear and mastoid: Carcinoma, Glomus Jungulae tumour.

12)   Rehabilitation of Deaf and dumb.

D. LARYNX, TRACHEA AND BRONCHI

1)      Surgical Anatomy and applied physiology of Larynx, Trachea and bronchi

2)      Examination of the Larynx and lower respiratory tract.

3)      Disease of the Larynx-Congential malformaions of larynx. Foreiogn bodies in the air passages.

4)      Inflammations:- Acute – Non specific simple laryngitis. Laryngo-tracheo-bronchiotis. Specific-Diphtheria. Chronic (Non-specifi);- simple Laryngitisk Leukoplakia, Pachydemia and vocal nodules. specific : Tuberculosos , Lupus, syuphills, Scleroma, Leprosy.

5)      Fuctional aphonia laryngeal parlysis, organic laryngeal Paralysis

6)      STRIODOR

7)      New –grwoths of the larynx: benieign, melignant

8)      Trachostomyu: Indications, Technique, ater treatment, complicaions.

9)      Endoscopy inENT –Method, indications of laryngoscopy and bronchoscopy.
