Department of Neurology

The department of neurology was started in 1977 with Dr.V.Gopala Rao taking charge as Professor. An. EEG machine was provided fro patient use.

            Very recently a new IP ward has been constructed with 18 beds.

            Clinical training is imparted to under-graduate medical students DPM & MD (General medicine) students.

            It is needless to state that more amenities like 16 chanel EEG machine, EMG &CT scanner would be of immense help to the suffering public.

            Many academic papers have been presented from this department despite all the constraints.
